I’ll be honest with you (as always), we haven’t been able to figure out how to really take advantage of eBay yet. We’re improving and new ideas are emerging, but I understand that we’re only at 20% of the potential it really offers.
Amazon as a logistics provider for eBay orders
One thing we do well is combining the channels of Ebay and Amazon. We don’t have the equipment to be able to handle many orders a day from our own warehouse. That’s why we make use of the possibility of using Amazon as a logistics provider through multi-channel orders. Orders that come to us from Ebay are then shipped from Amazon. In 90% of cases this is not a problem. In 10% of cases we see that customers return products russia whatsapp number data because they come in an Amazon box. Some Ebay customers are anti-Amazon out of conviction so this can be counterproductive. You have to be aware of this.
Discounts on larger orders
One thing I like more about Ebay is the way you can maximize the potential of your high-value content offer discounts for buying in larger quantities. It stands out more than you can make it stand out on Amazon. At least that is my perception or let’s say personal preference. The more a customer orders, the bigger the discount. We see on Ebay that people typically order multiple items because of the discounts we have applied for these types of purchases.

Ebay and Amazon differ in terms of how they egypt data operate in different markets. Amazon works by region, to put it in a way. Our region is the European one, selling our products to European markets through 10 different Amazon platforms. Ebay works by country. If you are a professional seller for Spain, you do not automatically have the same rights for Germany. We usually have Germany activated for the moment only for some products, paying an extra fee for the activation of each country. Soon it will probably be worth paying the additional fee for a professional seller in Germany, especially considering that we have many products in the queue that we will want to start selling soon.
