It is never the best option to be or do several things at once. Things as they are. But there are optimal models for each situation and context. This is mine, which is surely not the same as yours. What works for me does not have to work the same way for you.
I have a “structure”
Structure is a very cold term for what we have. It is a dedicated team that makes all this possible. Without them I would not do anything. Things as they are.
This has not come about overnight. It was switzerland whatsapp number data initially a very slow process that has now been going on for eight years, with reinvestment and at first nothing more because there were no profits or they were too small. Now we are in an acceleration phase. About four years ago, in terms of numbers, it would have been more reasonable to close everything and focus on consulting because objectively it is the most profitable.
Because I am stubborn and ignorant
We are still here. Even at a better point when customers read quality articles than ever where we are almost doubling the numbers from one year to the next. Things are moving forward because there are people working on this.
And it’s not the best either, but it’s good enough. I have to divide myself between consulting projects and pushing my own business. This goes in phases. In May, for example, I was able to devote myself 100% to my own businesses, which in the long term (at least in this phase of the business’s evolution) is not good. The positive part is that you can see the difference between me being very on top of it and me being less on top of it.
My current project demands a lot from me
Even so, I always try to find spaces in my schedule to generate new business but, more importantly, to take care of and water everything that already exists.
Without organization, chaos arises. Improvising is not the solution.
For me the key is this.
- I have a young team with little experience in egypt data many areas. My point of view sometimes helps to unravel complex tasks more quickly. I also contribute by refining priorities so that we can work more vigorously on the really important issues.
Regular meetings with the team :
- We continue with Scrum, although we have stopped fine-tuning and improving the process. It has become routine, but there are small things where we have lost a bit of the discipline and euphoria of the beginning. Even so, it still gives us a great advantage in terms of task organization.
- Help in Germany : This year, there will be two trips to Germany by the two most experienced people on the team.
The hybrid model is not for everyone. It won’t be for me forever either. I’ll probably have to put up with it for a couple more years because for now it’s worth it.
