One way is to integrate the most important question into an Email . What is the use of this feature? Achieving a better response rate for an Online Survey, which should have two main focuses: increasing the number of clicks on the Email and reducing user abandonment.

Opening an email and performing an action within it are two different things and two different interactions that the user must perform. The most common way to include a survey is through a call to action in the form of text or a button .

However, it is also a good option to incorporate a Survey question that appears directly in the email. As you can see in the image:
